About Bradenton Door Pros

We are an advertising and referral service for garage door work in Bradenton and Manatee County. We are not a garage door company, and we say so plainly because you should know who you are talking to before someone comes to your house.

How it works

You call the number on this site or send a request. That reaches us, and we pass it to one independent local garage door company that covers your part of Manatee County. They call you back, come out, look at the door, quote it and do the work. Your agreement, and any warranty, is with them. There is no charge to you for the referral.

Why the site exists

Search for garage door repair in Bradenton and the first page is mostly directories, lead marketplaces and a few company sites that have not been updated in years. Good local garage door companies are often small: a couple of vans, a shop off a side street, and a phone that rings all day in January. They are good at doors and have no interest in maintaining a website. This site is the front door they do not have.

What the guides are for

The pages here are written about Bradenton doors specifically: the City’s permit sheet, the county’s disclosure form and its pre-2001 exception, what Milton did, why springs rust early west of town, and why demand quadruples between November and January. Where the honest answer is that a door can be repaired rather than replaced, or that a problem can wait, that is what the pages say.

What this site does not have

No testimonials, no star ratings, no photographs of finished jobs. That is deliberate. We have not done the work and did not collect the reviews, so publishing either would be inventing a track record. The photographs on this site are licensed stock and illustrate the trade; none of them shows a job arranged through this site. Judge the site on whether the advice is useful and accurate.

Licensing

We are not a licensed contractor and we do not repair, adjust or install garage doors. The company that does the work is responsible for its own licensing and insurance, and you are entitled to ask for both before work starts. In Florida you can check a licence at MyFloridaLicense.com. For a replacement door, the permit application names the contractor of record and their licence number, and you can ask to see it.

Questions people actually ask

How do you make money if the referral is free?

The garage door company that takes the job pays for the introduction. You pay them for the work at whatever you agree, and nothing you pay is marked up by us. That is why the guides can afford to tell you when a door only needs rollers.

Does my request go to several companies?

No. It goes to one local company that covers your area. You will not be called by five contractors competing for the job.

What if the repair goes wrong?

Your agreement and the warranty are with the company that did the work, so start with them. Tell us as well. The whole arrangement depends on the company we pass calls to being good, so we want to know.

Can I see reviews?

Not from us, and we would rather say that than make some up. This site launched in 2026 and has no review history of its own. Ask the company that comes out for references, and look them up yourself.
